My Delivery was Delayed

Sorry to bother everyone but I ordered a laptop through Best Buy and I was just told that it’s been delayed by a month. I bought it for college, I need it as soon as possible. I need to know if I really need to wait for a month for my order. If I do, I can’t wait that long and need a way to cancel my order.

Thanks for signing up for an account with us here at the Best Buy Community forums. Congratulations on your new laptop purchase. A new laptop always helps out with school.

 

I have some good news. Usually, when you receive a 30-day delay notice, the order isn't actually delayed that long. This usually happens when there is a delay in getting the item to the carrier, and the system doesn't know when the new expected arrival date is. Sometimes the delay is real, however.

 

I hope that your laptop has shipped out and will be arriving in time for school. If not, please let me know and I'll see if we can check in on the order for you. Just send in a private message through the link in my signature with your name, email address, and phone number.
