The hacker gained access to my BestBuy.com and used my default purchase method (My BB Credit Card) ot purchase 6 Nintendo switches and then picked them up in California. I live in Texas so clearly it wasn't me. Will Best Buy Credit Card services be able to refund me? I have already changed the passwords and removed the BB card as the default payment method. What else should I do?

As someone who has been the victim of credit card fraud in the past, I certainly understand how such an event can rock the very foundations of your personal feelings of security. It is certainly never an ideal situation.
We would certainly want to get this fraudulent purchase reported as soon as possible. Since this purchase was placed using a My Best Buy credit card, please give us a call at (888) 574-1301 to be connected with an Agent who can take a closer look at your account.
Lastly, while it sounds like you have already completed most of the steps, we have some steps we recommend taking after an unauthorized order is made using your account.
