My Account Has Been Hacked Need Help

My account was hacked during the holidays. A hacker used my login to activate 2 step authorization using their phone number and I have no way of getting back into my account. Please help, I need to access all my purchases to conduct my business taxes. Thank you!

If you have any saved payment methods in this account I would right away cancel these cards and order new ones as the hacker can cause problems.

I have done that with the customer service team via telephone but I need access to my purchase history/receipts.
