I returned several items from different orders via mail, and all of the credits except for one were processed on January 25th. I contacted customer support via chat that afternoon, as I was concerned that the one item was not shown as returned or credited, since it was both the smallest and the most expensive item in the return. I was assured that the credit would post in no more than 5 days. It has obviously been longer than that at this point.
All order numbers were placed on the outside of the package, and each item/order had the return documentation attached.
I know I cannot post order information, but I am glad to provide any details regarding the return (including photos of the box containing the returns, which clearly shows all 5 orders are contained).

As a note, I also have noticed that none of the processed returns put the points back into my rewards account either. Most of the purchases involved points to pay for most of the item (I had a lot of points), so we'll need to get that resolved as well since we're looking at over 5000 points as well.

Thank you for coming back to our community forums and letting us know about your return. I know when I return something I want to get a refund as quickly as possible. While it can take up to one billing cycle for a refund to process to your credit card it should only take thee to six business days to receive your points back. Just a brief note to thank Andrew for resolving all of my issues in a prompt and courteous manner. I know that customer service is often maligned and is largely a thankless job, but I did want to make sure Andrew received the credit he was due for his efforts.
