Multiple Delivery Cancellations

I ordered a 85" Sony91J on December 27th and my credit card was changed for the full amount. It was supposed to be delivered on Jan 6th originally but it is the 17th and I still haven't got it. Delivery has been scheduled at least 7 times and cancelled. I'm talking almost everyday to Best Buy customer service. The update today is that it'll be delivered on Jan 31st, more than a month after I ordered. I don't really know if best buy is going to honor this date at least. At my wits end really. Honestly didn't expect a big box retailer like best buy to provide this kind of service. Extremely disappointed!!!

One more delivery rescheduled, Now it's February 1st. Absolutely horrible experience!!!
