Welcome to our Best Buy forum community! Getting all of the Marvel movies you've had your eye on should be a time of excitement, and we are honored that you decided to purchase them with us. However, I can understand why you'd be frustrated to receive your order, only to discover some of the titles are missing their slipcover.
Our goal is to provide the best shopping experience we can, so it hurts to hear that we dropped the ball with your orders. That said, I'm glad you said something so that we can step in! I appreciate you coming up with a possible solution. While we don't have a way to just provide you with the slipcovers, I'm happy to look into this to see what options we do have to turn this around.
