Hello Best Buy,
I purchased and paid an MB 12.0 space gray/1 but cancelled my order prior to pick up on 04/21st. Unfortunately I have not received the refund to my credit card account yet.
Please be so kind to check this matter .

Welcome to our Best Buy Forum community! I know it can be stressful waiting for a refund to go back to your account, so it's discouraging to hear the funds didn't return as quickly as you were hoping for.
If your order cancelled before any funds were grabbed on our end, usually the authorization hold will fall off within a few days and return the money to your account. Otherwise, it can take up to one billing cycle to see the refund, but can take longer if an international card was used for the purchase.
