I price matched an online order on December 24th. I did the price match via chat. Since I used a gift card for the original purchase and that gift card is no longer valid (gives an error message when checking balance), the representative who processed the price match said I would receive a new gift card within 3 business days. I received a confirmation e-mail with the correct refund amount ($12.50) and a separate e-mail with the chat transcript, but I have yet to receive the gift card. Could someone follow-up on this?
