I’m a bit worried. This is my first online purchase with Best Buy and I received a notification that my packaged was delivered today 11/20/2018. However, I only received one package from Ulta. I checked around and even checked my mail box. I ordered Airpods so I figured it would be a small package but I have no seen it anywhere. Is it possible that it was a mis scan with the carrier? Please help! My order number is (removed per forum guidelines).

I’m looking into picking some AirPods up myself, so I know how disappointing it must be to not have that package arrive as expected.
Please do me a favor and double check around your front door. You’d be amazed at how often a box will fall off of a stoop and into a garden or bush. If you live in an apartment or condo complex, please also check with your front desk or property manager. Packages will sometimes go there. Finally, it wouldn’t hurt to ask your neighbors, in case the package went to the wrong house.
