Hi. An order of a Nintendo Switch game that was supposed to arrive today is marked as delivered but it didn't come. All I know is that UPS transferred the package to USPS and they supposedly delivered it.

This isn't necessarily a concern, I have had UPS Surepost packages marked as complete the moment the package was handed off to the Postal Service. In my experience, the package was delivered by the mail carrier the following business day.  I wouldn't be alarmed unless it doesn't show up within a day or two.

Like you, I keep a very close eye on tracking information to make sure I don't miss any packages or deliveries so I can understand your concern to see this marked as delivered but unable to find this package. I'd be happy to see what options we may have to help out with this.

Just to be sure, have you checked around your home or with neighbors to see if this package may have been delivered to the wrong address? If you still haven't been able to find this I would like to take a closer look at your order. I will need to gather a bit more information to do so.
