Missing order

Hi, my order number is {removed per forum guidelines}.

Only the wireless charger that was provided free with my Samsung galaxy buds+ arrived. Both products were under the same tracking number. The box I received only contained the charger and the Samsung buds were not in the box. Please advise.

I know I would have been super excited to receive a pair of Samsung Galaxy Buds+, so I can only imagine how it would feel if those were missing from the expected shipment.
