Welcome to our Best Buy Forum community! While I wish you had discovered us under happier circumstances, I'm glad you came to us for support with your missing package.
As someone who counts down the days until my order arrives, I can imagine how upsetting it would be to have your order show as delivered only for it to be nowhere to be found.
