Have you contacted USPS about your package? Per our Shipping Times and Cost section online it specifies the Title to Products, meaning you will need to first address the loss with USPS. Please contact them, and let me know what they say. Also, with the information you shared during signup, I was able to see that you have proactively reached out to our Customer Care Team, and they have taken care of this for you.
