I have already contacted Katie a mod on here but I wanted to open up a post in case another agent could help me sooner. I have been trying for weeks to get a refund for a same day delivery order from October 2nd. I got in touch with customer service regarding missing order number: {removed per forum guidelines} and a refund request was submitted and reference ID: {removed per forum guidelines} was given to me. On 10/22 I received an email saying that I canceled the refund request (which I didn’t) and talked to customer service again asking for them to request a refund again, they gave me Reference ID: {removed per forum guidelines}and then on 10/23 I received an email saying I won’t get a refund or replacement so I contacted customer service again for a reason why I wasn’t getting a refund and they said I requested the refund to be canceled (again I didn’t) they told me they would submit the request for a refund and for the next couple of weeks I kept getting in touch with customer service about the refund and I kept being told it was processed and I had already been approved for a refund but I never received one still for weeks until an agent on 11/13 told me the request never went through and she would submit the request which I received email an email from the backend team on 11/14 with reference ID {removed per forum guidelines} stating they have requested a refund for the order. I have contacted customer service multiple times since then and I again keep being told my refund has been processed and approved but I still have not gotten a refund for the missing item nor confirmation from the “backend” team my refund has been approved and processed.
Now it seems my refund is stuck somewhere in the Bestbuy system or something and agents are not willing to push it through. All they're saying is just like "your order has been refunded already..."
