I ordered two WD - Red Plus 8TB Internal SATA NAS Hard Drive for Desktops. I received the package today, but only found a broken box with airbags in it. I tried to call customer services, but when I was told to wait for a specialist and the phone automatically hang up. Am I supposed to call customer service again?
