I ordered a mobile phone and it was set odeliver vis UPS
it was delivered on 11/29 and opened the package adn saw it was emplty with just the bubble wrap.
The brwon box was empty and contacted chant via customer care. They asked to return the brown box which is weird.
after returning the empty box, how will best buy resove this ?
