Missing item and no refund!

Hello everyone. As I quickly checked the forum looks like this is not some rare case so I have the same situation.

Item that I bought was missing so I get in touch yesterday (April 7) with the customer service about my order {removed per forum guidelines}. The person named {removed per forum guidelines} has provided me a full refund on the missing item and I got case number {removed per forum guidelines} from her. She also said that I need to wait 24 hours maximum to get the refund confirmation email. Now it's a day and a half and I still haven't got any emails so I contacted support team once again today (April 8). This time I had a conversation with {removed per forum guidelines} and he said that my refund has been processed.

Here's what he said: Oscar, I have checked and see that your order has fully refunded on Apr 7, 2022 | 09:50:46am CST.

Now as it seems my refund has stuck somewhere in Bestbuy system or something and agents are not willing to push it trough. All they're saying is just like "your order has been refunded already..."

Please I need help by someone from any higher team. I'm now out of $210+ and it's not the way I want to shop.

Agent Katie has helped me with my refund. I got it after 6 days since my first conact.

Issue was resolved.
