I recently returned a gaming laptop which I had split between an egift card and my debit card. The refund was processed and I was issued a new egift card for $400 and the remainder was sent back to my debit card. I received an email from best buy stating that my egift card was ready so I clicked the link which loaded a page to enter my phone and customer service PIN. I entered both things and received an error message that my information is invalid. I have called customer support 5 times just to be sent back and forth between best buy support and cash start. Neither end wants to help me out or give me an answer. I was able to get the gift card number from best buy support but cash star says that this gift card number doesn't exist. I really just want my $400 back.
