I ordered a Samsung Galaxy S22 from Best Buy. When I received the package (Friday) there was an empty phone box inside. I called Best Buy and they were so nice and said they were sorry that this happened and that they were going to send a replaced that would be here Tuesday. Tuesday came and no phone came. I called back and was told apparently the replacement was canceled. They said I would have to come to a store and get one. After some deliberation I decided to cancel the order. They said NO PROBLEM. The next day I get an email saying OH not our problem ... you need to call the police and report a theft????
So now I am out the money and the phone and best buy isn't doing anything. I tried to file a report with Fed ex and I apparently need a letter from Best Buy on letterhead that says YES I can file a report.
Really?
There isn't anything 'customer service' is doing for me???
Any advice out there???
