Regarding the shipping date, depending on where a product is coming from, it can take time to arrive with customers. While you’ve said it started shipping on Nov 14, does your tracking information show an estimated delivery date? If there is an estimated delivery date provided by the carrier and that date has already passed without any update, we would want to take a closer look.
