This day keeps getting better and better. Not only did I have to deal with a hacked account today where my reward certificates were stolen (separate issue), the Xbox One X I pre-ordered on August 20th was apparently delivered to my home today (11/7/17 2:06 PM), but it was not there. It's either been stolen or missing. What do I have to do to take care of this? I didn't have the option for signature delivery during purchase and I'm assuming Best Buy has an insurance policy with vendors
Can someone please PM me for help with this matter? It was delivered by a courier that's not often used.
