Missing Remote for my soundbar order

I ordered Vizio 5.1.2-Channel Soundbar System with 6" Wireless Subwoofer and Dolby Atmos  online and when i received the package it is missing the remote.  To prevent beat around the bush and going in circles, I am clearly giving all the details.

 

It is an openbox item with excellent condition (The package clearly says no missing parts). I dont want to return the item or shop around the local best buy stores.  Just send me the Remote.  

 

(Note: I called your customer service too..with no success on this)
