A pre-order was made on January 11, 2018. Within this two-item purchase, $29.53 of it was the pre-ordered item. I was immediately charged for this amount via Paypal. On April 16, 2019 I cancelled the aforementioned pre-order and should have received a refund in the amount of $29.53. I have spoken with Best Buy several times, and they claim that Paypal has received the refund. However, Paypal denies ever getting the funds. I have been back and forth with both Paypal and Best Buy for weeks and neither are taking responsibility. I've made tons of purchases at BB and this has been the worst Best Buy experience I've ever had by far. The only truly negative experience really. I shouldn't have to spend several hours of my life chasing a refund.

I just wanted to follow up on this and say my issue is resolved. Austin helped me out, and the refund showed up yesterday. It is interesting to me that a total of 1 hour and 42 minutes back and forth with Best Buy and Paypal with NUMEROUS people couldn't fix this over several days, but it was resolved in just a few short messages here. All I can figure is that those Best Buy call center folks need better training or something. I guess now I know to come here if anything happens again. Thanks again!
