Missing PayPal Refund

So I made a purchase Saturday night/ Early Sunday when I realized that I didn't want the item anymore that day. I canceled the order thinking that it would be easy to receive the funds once again through PayPal as it has worked just fine in the past. PayPal said that I would receive the funds back into my account the 21, now it is the 23 and no refund has been issued. Both parties are saying different things. I made the purchase on the 17. Usually, I have the refund fairly soon after I canceled the order. Now it's stuck in "pending".

Noticing that your PayPal account hasn’t been refunded for your cancelled order can be a tad concerning. Thank you for posting to our community. We apologize for our tardy response, but we’d be happy to see what assistance we can offer at this time.

 

PayPal refunds should be processed within 24 hours. I’m sorry to hear that’s not what you were seeing on your a couple of weeks ago. Can you please send us a private message with your full name, phone number, email address, and BestBuy.com order number? We’d be happy to review you order in further detail if you’re still seeing that PayPal charge on your end. A private message can be sent to us by choosing the blue button in my signature. We look forward to your reply to dig into this deeper for you.
