My order from BestBuy.com never arrived. The website shows it was delivered on 9/15, but I never got it and my postman confirms he doesn't remember delivering it. I shared a letter from USPS with BestBuy where they state that they lost the package and delivered it to the wrong address. BestBuy support wont help though, they keep saying tracking shows it was delivered so they wont replace the item. Any suggestions?

If you were helped by a corporate social media rep and there was nothing further they could do, this could mean that they determined the item was delivered properly and that you have to contact law enforcement to file a report. I would file a complaint with the USPS that your package was not delivered. Maybe the postmaster general in your area and the manager of the hub local to you.

A complaint was indeed submitted to the Postmater for my area, as well as the USPS Consumer Affairs Office. Both have provided BestBuy with a letter stating that the package was not delivered, but rather lost by them. The letters also offered to help BestBuy with filing a claim and suggested that BestBuy assist with a replacement.
