Missing Package

Hello! I received a email on Friday (April 26th) about my package being delivered. I never received my package and the next day I checked our house cameras and Ring door bell and saw no package being dropped off either. I contacted the shipper and the shipper said that the driver was at the “appropriate location at the time of delivery”. I would like to know how can we get a replacement package to my house or if i can pick one up from a Best Buy near me.
Please let me know how we can resolve this!
