Hello,
I ordered a Nintendo Switch Lite and two games a few days ago; the tracking information says it was delivered yesterday morning but I checked all around my house yesterday and I couldn't find it. I called two of my neighbors and they said they haven't seen it either.
I tried to contact over live chat for but I waited over an hour with no luck. I was wondering if I could get help with this here. I don't know what else to do. Thank you for your help.
