Missing Order

I recently ordered an item on Bestbuy on Aug. 25th. It says it was delivered on Aug 27th to my mailroom. However, I asked my mailroom staff and they said they never received that order. The delivery service was fulfilled by OnTrac. Since there is a long waiting time in the Bestbuy customer support number. May I ask for assistance on this forum?

Thank you Fey-BBY. I have already called the Bestbuy customer service on Aug. 28th. and the agent looked over my case and said the delivery company made a mistake and my package will be redelivered to me on Aug 30th.
