Missing/Lost package


I am posting here because the package I ordered for a gift has still not arrived at the location. I contacted the shipping company which said they opened an investigation and that if the package didn't arrive in 2 business days, contact Best Buy. This all happened on Thursday making today the second business day. 

I just want the laptop delivered Smiley Sad

Called customer service and they are counting it lost and is sending a replacement.
