Hey folks,

Sleeper Agent here - I had ordered Mario Kart: Live for my nephew, and UPS and bestbuy.com both sent me an email saying the packaged was delivered.  I live in an apartment complex, so I checked around my neighbors doors, and the other buildings adjacent to mine that have similar numbers - doesn't seem to be anywhere.  What can I do in this sort of situation?

I just tried to file a claim with the carrier (UPS) and was given this message: 

Cannot submit claim.

The recipient has released UPS from liability for this package. It is ineligible for a claim submission. Refer to the UPS My Choice Service Terms for information on Liability Limitations. [UPS:E023]
