Hi, I made an order online and it came in yesterday. It had 2 missing items. I called Best Buy and waited 15 minutes, then i used their call back service. It called back and it said they would have to call me since I missed my time. Im not sure how I missed my time, but I waited 10 minutes and there was no call back. I tried to call back and it said 40 minute wait time. i have been waiting 30 minutes and the wait time has only gotten longer! Im not sure how this works but I need help. I tried to chat and I was over 100 in line and I was waiting for a long time for that to move. I hope that someone can help me! I have 2 missing items and they are expensive!! This is terrible customer service!
