I'm extremely furstrated with how my case has been handled. I order a couple of items and only 1 of the items showed up, but I was charged for both. I've inquired about the missing item (Beats by Dre) and they are still investigating. This order was put in nearly 2 months ago, and still no solution.
I needed the headphones for a trip so I had to go buy another pair before I took off. So I'm on the hook for 2 pairs of headphones, and it's very frustrating. I have had nothing but great experiences with BB, but after this episode I might have to start exploring other stores to purchase my electronics from.
