I received a package missing an item (Macbook Air), with the package weight listed to include said missing item. 

To clarify: I recieved a package that was supposed to include a new Macbook Air and a usb-c to usb adapter. The package only included the adapter. But the package weight was listed at 6lbs., seemingly to indicate the inclusion of the macbook, which is not in fact in the package. I should also mention that the box itself is not possibly large enough to have even included the Macbook Air. According to your website, my order is complete, and I've already been on the phone and filed an incident report. 

The package also says "1 of 1," and the tracking feature for my order shows that it is complete. I spent nearly $1000 dollars and do not have the laptop. This needs to be addressed immediately. I am happy to go to a local store to show administrative staff the package in question and all necessary receipts/records.
