I have an order of 4 amiibos total and they shipped in 2 separate packages. The first package had one amiibo (Daisy) and the second package was supposed to have the other 3 (2 Young Link, 1 Ken). The second package only had the 2 Young Link amiibos and was missing Ken. The package also had some damage to it, but the hole in the box wouldn't have been large enough for someone to take the Ken amiibo out.
What is the process for getting this looked in to? I have pictures of the packaging if needed.

Welcome to the Best Buy Community forums. I’m sorry that your package was missing that Amiibo. Street Fighter is my favorite game series ever, and I was always more of a Ken guy than a Ryu guy.
