Hello!
I placed an order 12/11/2021 and the gift card I used said Failed Authorization. This gift card was from trading in a device to Best Buy. Since then my gift card balance was never refunded. I saw normal refund time is 30 minutes. It’s now been 1 week. I tried calling customer service and was told to wait a billing cycle but this was a gift card. I would appreciate any help so I can use my gift card to purchase Christmas gifts. I was given different information each time calling but still no resolution.

I have tried reaching out again by phone but still being told that it could be 10-15 days for the gift card to be refunded. I am just hoping to get ahold of someone who can help me out. I would like to use my gift card for gifts.

Keep calling. It took me calling 7 times to finally get someone to explain it to me. I had them escalate and open a case for me. I recommend doing that. I had a case opened on 12/16 and was told it will take 24-96 hours to hear back about a resolution for the case. I’m using it to buy gifts for Christmas, too, so I completely understand the frustration.
