Hi I recently placed an order using guest checkout but did not receive a confirmation e-mail, would you be able to provide the order number for tracking purposes? The email used was the same one on this account.

Those confirmation emails should be going out automatically but sometimes there's a fault in the Matrix and things don't happen the way they should. If you don't receive confirmation, it can make you wonder if the order went through successfully. Not to worry, as I am here to help and get all the information you need. To get started, I simply ask that you shoot us over a private message with your full name, email address, phone number, and the order details. Once I have that in tow, I can go ahead and see what's going on and give you any updates I may find!
