Almost a week ago, I placed an order with some help from a CS member. It was for one Black Sony ZX Series Wired OnEar Headphones and one White Sony ZX Series Wired OnEar Headphones.

The items individually include a $10 promotional Best Buy Gift Card. Since I bought one of each, I should have received 2x $10 Promotional Best Buy Gift Card by now since the headphones have already been delivered to my home.
To make sure that the order qualified, on the same day that I ordered the items, I made a chat online with Best Buy to inquire about the order. And to paraphrase, the support said that I do qualify for 2x $10 Promotional Best Buy Gift Card and I should receive them after my order ships despite the promo GC's not showing on my order details screen. I have yet to receive the 2x promotional gift cards.
I was told to email Best Buy Gift Card Support "firstname.lastname@example.org". But I have yet to receive a reply.

Thanks for posting on our forum for support. I can understand wanting to follow up on your e-gift cards, as this is a great promo being offered. I hate to hear you've had issues receiving this as well as support in the matter. Although one promotion is typically applied per order number, I understand you may have been informed otherwise.
