I ordered 2 copies of Microsoft Office Home & Student 2019 which arrived 02-05-19. I attempted to redeem the product keys with Microsoft but discovered that the keys were not activated by Best Buy. The error message given was: "KEY_NOT_ACTIVATED." Microsoft support page stated "You'll see this message if the retailer where you purchased Office didn't activate the product key at the point of sale. The product key must be activated by the retailer before you can use it....go back to the store where you purchased Office and have them activate the product key." I tried to resolve the problem through phone support and Geek Squad representatives, but they couldn't do it. Can you help me by activating these keys or sending me working replacement keys? Thanks
