I just received an email stating that my order with a Super Mario Odyssey Amiibo has been delayed. The email says I have the option of cancelling the order, but when I try to use the link to “Check Order Status” it doesn’t let me cancel.

Welcome and thank you for posting! Sorry to learn you have not received your Mario Amiibo yet. We are on the same boat right now, but I am waiting on Peach. So, I know the excitement is too much to bear right now, but it has an estimated time of arrival of November 1, 2017.
I was able to find your order with the info you provided when you signed up on the forums, and I see you also called in to try and cancel your order, and it’s not possible at this time. If you’d like, you can check your local Best Buy store and see if they have the Super Mario Odyssey Amiibo in stock, and when you receive the one in the mail, return it and get a refund, or refuse delivery.
I know we don’t have many options for you at this time, as these items are on extremely high demand right now. I do thank you for your time and patience.
