Made a mistake on my order and need to cancel so i can order the correct item

I placed an order and didnt realize until about 50 mins after that i got the wrong version of the item and I cant cancel it. I dont know if i have to wait the full week to recieve the item just to send it back and i dont even know if ill get my money back. When all i could do is cancel it right now and order the correct item. I tried looking at the support page but the information there didnt give me any solid advice on how to fix it or if there was a way to just easily cancel and reoder the right item. I also tried calling but a robot told me there was nothing to do, couldnt find an email either. Any help to fixing my order or cancelling it would be helpful

Edit. Im just gonna take it to my local bestbuy an hour away after i recieve it in a week just so i can get my money back and then i will never purchase anything from best buy again. Just a big waste of time for a simple mistake
