I signed up for Total Tech (and an account) after seeing a Black Friday deal. I purchased that deal, and 1 other one. But now all my orders are being cancelled.
I paid $200, and now can't use the service.
My orders show a cancel reason code of "Fraud Negative" ?
"cancelReasonCode":"Order cancelled due to Fraud Negative"
What does that even mean?
