However, I can understand how that email would leave you feeling concerned with school starting, so I'm glad you shared this with us.
As a pre-caution, our system will provide an estimated arrival date a month out if there is any delay with an order. I can understand how that would be startling if you weren't aware that's what happened. It was not our intention to cause any worry, so it hurts me to learn that's how we made you feel.
