MISSING ITEM: Order was never received.

        I had ordered a Samsung Galaxy S10 in July of this year and have not received my item.  I want to report a missing item and want a full refund.   My account was charged and I now have to beging payments on an item that i do not have.  I would like to request a refund on the item as it has placed me in a financial bind on top of not even having the phone in hand.  I had purchased an older phone from a friend because the order never shipped to me.
