MISLEADING & HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE

I HAD CALLED TO FOLLOW UP WITH AN ORDER THAT SEEMS TO BE UNDER "PREPARING" PRETTY MUCH THE WHOLE DAY AND THE LYING REPRESENTATIVE ADVISED ME THAT I WONT BE ABLE TO PICK UP MY ORDER FOR TODAY AND INSTEAD, IT WOULD BE READY TOMORROW. COUPLE OF HOURS LATER, I GET A TEXT MESSAGE SAYING MY ORDER WAS CANCELLED? I WAS SUPPOSED TO PICK IT UP! NO REASON WHATSOEVER WAS PROVIDED AS TO WHY THE ORDER WAS CANCELLED. THE ORDER WAS PLACED ON THE 11/28/19 ITS ALREADY 12/3/19. IF CANCELLING MY ORDER WAS THE INITIAL PLAN, WHY NOT DO IT THE DAY AFTER I PLACED MY ORDER? WHY WAS IT CANCELLED ON THE DAY I WAS GOING TO PICK IT UP?

 

HERE'S THE ORDER NUMBER, I DEMAND AN ANSWER FOR YOUR MISLEADING ACTIONS
