MEXICO COMPLAIN

[16:46, 3/1/2020] Ramses {removed per forum guidelines}: On December 17, I bought a cell phone at bestbuy.com.mx in Mexico and informed me that they would deliver the equipment to me at the branch of my choice, and I chose the one at Plaza Cumbres in Monterrey Nuevo Leon.

Today is January 3 for the third time they ask me to wait 72 hours to give me a solution.

  My equipment has not been delivered to me, and the worst has been the attention provided by customer service. They tell me today January 3, 2020 that if they have equipment and they asked me to accept to pick it up at a different branch than where I requested it but within the same city of Monterrey Nuevo Leon.
Supposedly a person named Cristian {removed per forum guidelines}, who is supposed to be a supervisor, hung up the phone when I asked to speak with a supervisor, and after I called her again, she told me that she would have to wait again 72 hours but that the team would send it to a branch of the city of Guadalajara Mexico, far from Monterrey Nuevo Leon.

  I don't know who to turn to, that's why I write to the United States because I know that the customer service you provide is the best.

  I know that my purchase is made in Mexico, but I have had a terrible follow-up of some customer service here.

  Please offer me a solution as soon as possible.

Best buy Mexico is a completely different entity then the best buy in the United states. They wont be able to do much for you.
