Lost shipment

Hello, 

 

I have a shipment for a game that was preordered and supposed to be delivered on Friday 11/15. When I look up the tracking number it says it's been out for delivery since 11/15. It's now 11/19 and I'm pretty sure the package has been lost because my house is not that hard to find. At this point if the game ever arrives I'd like to return it since it was a gift and I had to actually buy the game in store on 11/16 lol. However, if I return it I'd lose out on the $10 dollar preorder bonus and I used a $20 reward to buy it in the first place. Just want to see what I can do here. The order number is{removed per forum guidelines}
