Lost shipment?

I was meant to receive a package last week (Oct 1), but it never came and the tracking information hasn't updated to anything. It keeps saying "Out for delivery" for a week now and I've checked everywhere. I think my package was lost, what can I do?

Welcome to our forums!  I was actually in a similar situation it sounds like you’ve found yourself in not too long ago, regarding a picture frame I ordered online.  Tracking indicated it was delivered, the store I ordered it from sent me a congratulatory email, but by the time I got to my apartment door, it was nowhere in sight.  I’m just trying to hang a picture, you know? 


Enough about my picture frame woes, let’s take a look at your Best Buy order!  I’ll need you to provide me a few pieces of information so I might begin my research.  If you could send me a private message with:


  • Your first and last name
  • Your phone number
  • Your email address
  • Your order number


This should be enough information for me to begin my research, and hopefully track down the status of your order.  As you can imagine, we’ll want to keep this information out of the public view of our forums, so be sure to use the blue “Private Message” button in my signature to send me this information privately.
