Lost package

Ordered package on August 28th and could not picked it up from FedEx location since left country and felex didn't hold package and returned. Was provided tracking number but since package got to FedEx location on Sept 8th is was never updated. Best buy advises to wait even it is one month since package at FedEx location. Try to call FedEx one rep claims it was returned , another states since no updates for more than 7 days it is lost. I can't fill claim, best buy has to as shipper but they want me to wait... Even though FedEx advises to fill it. Will call again best buy and request to call FedEx and fill claim for lost package so I can get return..
