Have you contacted FedEx about your missing package? Per our Shipping Times and Cost section online it specifies the Title to Products, meaning you will need to first address the loss with FedEx. Please contact them, and let me know what they say. Also, by clicking on the blue button next to my signature, send me a private message with your order number, full name, phone number, and e-mail address connected to your BestBuy.com account.
