Lost package

I ordered my mother present on may 9th. Notified that it was delivered on May 10th, but the package was not there. I waited a few more days to see if there was a mistake and it would get delivered, but nothing. Please help.

I appreciate you taking the time to join and write us about your order. I can only imagine how you feel missing your order when it says it was delivered, and now it’s the wrong item. I apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. Let’s see what I can do.

 

Have you contacted FedEx about your missing package? Per our Shipping Times and Cost section online it specifies the Title to Products, meaning you will need to first address the loss with FedEx. Please contact them, and let me know what they say. Also, by clicking on the blue button next to my signature, send me a private message with your order number, full name, phone number, and e-mail address connected to your BestBuy.com account.
